Tasty Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks inspired by Inspiredtaste.net

Dying of hunger

After an intense morning of working on upcoming videos and posts, Melanie and Jenn decided to spin some lunch for you. Melanie had pinned this Buffalo Chicken Pizza on one of her boards on Pinterest.  We saw it and knew we had to do it.

Jenn didn’t have any pizza dough on hand so we quickly whipped up a batch. We added a pepper oil in place of the olive oil and also added about a teaspoon full of grill seasoning into the crust. We put it next to a preheated oven and in 30 minutes we had a nicely risen crust. Jenn split the crust in half and rolled it on a  pizza peel.  She then sprinkled on the hot sauce and brushed it to cover the entire crust. Jenn topped that with some poached chicken she had in the fridge, and then covered it with shredded cheddar cheese.

We baked it at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes and it came out browned and bubbly.  Jenn added some chopped celery, hot sauce and blue cheese dressing to the top of hers.  Melanie added the hot sauce as well as celery, but she opted for ranch dressing.

This Pizza was yummy and Jenn fixed with the remaining dough for her hubby, and he loved it too.  If there is anything you’d like to see us prepare or even spin, just let us know!

Taste it!
