Tasty Tuesdays! Ham + Cheese = Eggrolls??


It's time for another for another Tasty Tuesday! 
 



This week we decided to go for a fusion of Asian and American. We made eggrolls, but not just any type of ordinary eggroll. We stuff the eggrolls with ham and cheese. 





  To go along with our eggrolls, we wanted a dipping sauce that will cut the richness of the rolls. In order to do this, we made a creole honey mustard sauce. This is made will equal parts of mustard and honey, but the kicker is we added Emeril's Creole Seasonings for an extra oomph of flavor. Recipe is down below. 



This recipe is really quick and easy for people who just don't have time to make a big dinner/lunch. Kids would love this as well. Try it and let us know in the comments below on what you think.

Creole Mustard

I/3 c mustard
1/4 c honey
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning

Mix together and serve.
